Massive villa is located in Salwa on a plot area of 1000 Sqm surrounded by two side streets and two neighbors. The design concept of the villa is inspired by a mass of suspended boxes defining each residential unit and providing complete privacy for each of these units. The basic concept was to implement maximum land use for maximum number of residential units but without scarifying the interior space inside each unit.

The area ranges from 130 sqm to 180 sqm for each apartment. Each unit consists of hall, dining room, kitchen, guest bathroom, three bedrooms, maid room and balcony. The building generally is consisted of four floors with one common staircase and elevator. Each floor contains five apartments and each apartment has its own parking space on ground floor.

The building is designed in a modern and innovative way to provide maximum comfort and luxury for the residents. It is provided with a health club, swimming pool, children's' room and a roof garden.
