Villa 286 is located in Rumaithiya, Kuwait on a 500 Sq. meter plot. Consisted of three floors, the villa has five bedrooms, nine bathrooms, three living rooms, a reception, Diwaniya and a small courtyard with swimming pool.

The façade work was transforming a classic themed villa into a more contemporary one based on the clients wishes. The aim of the façade design was to illustrate the main lines of the volumes and simplify the look of the masses by merging some together into simple blocks.

The interior work covered all villa spaces, and had the purpose of reflecting the client's wishes and the theme of the villa in a chic and modern way. Every detail was taken in consideration and many new materials were implemented to bring a very unique character into every single space.
